first please do not capitalize all your letters.
Microsoft Office is not free, even you buy a new laptop with office in it, it is only a trial 90 days.
You should buy the license and upgrade the trial license.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS TO DOWNLOAD FREE WORD EXCEL & POWERPOINT AND FAILED. I ONLY BOUGHT MY HP PRESARIO CQ62 LAPTOP IN OCTOBER TO FIND I HAVE TO PAY TO USE WORD ETC I REFUSE MY LAPCONTRACT IS £32 A MONTH WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE FOR WHAT SHOULD ALREADY BE ON A NEW LAPTOP? I DO NOT NEED NORTON I BOUGHT IT BUT I WILL NOT PAY FOR WORD. CAN YOU ADVISE ME IN SIMPLE TERMS HOW TO DOWNLOAD THOSE 3? I FIND I HAVE DOWNLOADED A WHOLE LOT OF STUFF I DO NOT NEED AND THEN UNINSTALLED IT AGAIN.
