Asus EeeKeyboard $599, Are you kidding me?

ASUS finally release EEE Keyboard PC, after a little bit behind the schedule from it’s original release on February 2010. This Asus EEE Keyboard is a full size keyboard computer with 5 inch multi touch LED Display. It is still preorder on Amazon, with a very high price $599. For me it’s too expensive. I don’t see any point buying it and use it to support my business. I rather buy an iPad than this.
Here is the details of Asus EEE Keyboard:
1. 5-inch LED multi-touch display (800 x 480 resolution)
2. Windows XP Home
3. Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor
4. 1GB of RAM
5. 16GB of SSD space
6. UWB receiver
7. WLAN 802.11 b/g/n
8. 10/100/1000 LAN
9. Bluetooth V2.1
10. Connectivity: Three USB 2.0 ports, HDMI and VGA out
As i said before, $599 is too high for this gadget. But if you do presentation often, maybe this one is right for you. Since it have HDMI and VGA out. With Windows XP home bundled and Intel Atom 1,6GHz, it should be enough to just do a presentation. But once again, i rather use an iPad or even a cheap laptop rather than buy this. Cheap Toshiba, Acer, or Dell you can get with less than $599 which is more powerful and you can do your job.

$599,real very cheap.If my tablet laptop gives up on me, I might have to consider a new laptop.
